Who We Are

Central Texas Helping Hands

At Central Texas Helping Hands, we have worked in various aspects of social services within the Central Texas community. Over the past few years, we have learned that these populations often have no family and live alone, in group homes, or with a foster family. We also noticed that there seems to be a breakdown of interaction between adults with disabilities, seniors, and the communities in which they live. These populations are often overlooked or forgotten by their communities, which is what we are here to correct.

At Central Texas Helping Hands, we provide the Central Texas area with Adult Day Care, Day Activity & Health Services, and Long-Term Services and Support. Our staff is dedicated to offering the highest-quality services in the area to ensure your loved ones are taken care of. Our clients will engage in life-affirming activities such as music, exercise, gardening, brain fitness, games, special events, and community integration. Our main focus and goal at CTHH are for our clients to have as much community interaction and involvement as possible. Check out our Central Texas adult day care services below.

Mission & Philosophy

Our mission is to support seniors, adults with disabilities, and their families. We want all individuals to reach their full independence with an emphasis on community involvement by promoting the care for each adult with dignity and respect. Whether an individual is transitioning out of high school, at home, or living in a nursing home facility, we strive for all to reach their full independence. We put the individual first before their diagnosis.
